A large integrated port and maritime logistics operator needed to accelerate their digital transformation strategy by integrating various internal systems, including its purchasing platform, with SAP. The central challenges included:

The intention was to integrate all data from the supplier portal into its ERP – SAP – with the Digibee platform. The flow involved registering suppliers in SAP, validating the data, determining supplier approval and, once confirmed, resending the data to a third-party purchasing platform.
Digibee accelerated its maritime logistics digital transformation strategy by integrating several internal systems, including its procurement platform, with SAP. Building on the success of this integration, other workflows were then developed, including currency quotation, materials, purchase orders, cost collectors, among others.
