Digibee helped a long-standing publisher connect marketplace customer purchases with a new ERP.
Enabled scheduling of real-time activities, significantly reducing processing errors
Connected entire sales and operation processes through Digibee's platform
Just 3 days to complete the process and implementation for in-person sales
With over 30 years of history, a well-established publishing firm needed a more sophisticated ERP. They chose SAP – requiring an integration layer between financials and product listings on the web.
Digibee successfully implemented integrations for the company in the past – connecting the publishing house to sell products in any desired marketplace with under 20 pipelines. Happy with their integration results, they entrusted Digibee with the SAP project.
Central challenges included:
The main objectives include:
From SAP to website: : a pipeline was built in Digibee’s platform to integrate and ensure proper flows to other marketplaces. This pipeline accounted for product creation, product updates, quantity of stock, and price.
From the website to SAP: : a pipeline was built to account for sales, clients, payment methods, and gift cards.
To mitigate and handle errors, Digibee scheduled reports to be sent every 10 minutes. Any problematic activity involving product creation, importing invoices, or breaks in payment processing are now all handled in real-time.
Another challenge was accounting for in-person sales. An art event spurred Digibee to finalize this process in just three days time – rendering accounts to include event sales within monthly earnings.
“Digibee connected the entire operation to the digital world. Today, almost 100% of the business’s sales and operations go through us.”
