Banco Santander needed to integrate a large and complex logistics network for the distribution of paper currency. The network comprised bank branches, ATMs, stores, the bank’s main depots, the central bank, security transport companies and several other partners, including cash-in-transit companies (CITs) that used a variety of systems at different stages of maturity.
