Rodrigo cofounded Digibee based on the principles of simplicity, agility and strong human connections — with the goal of freeing less technically savvy customers from their reliance on developers for more rapid, cost effective digital transformations. After receiving a Bachelor in Computer Science and an MBA, Rodrigo went on to senior roles at CA Technologies and Zup Innovation.
Peter believes in the power of a digital world. He is living out his passion for technology — especially elegant software architecture — as CTO and co-founder of Digibee, where he is working with a team of leading developers to reimagine the way companies connect and launch digital services. Peter’s industry experience includes stints at Zup Innovation and CA Technologies. Peter received his Bachelor in Computer Science at the University of Sao Paulo in Brazil.
Global Business Development, cofounder
Vitor’s mission is to convert every Digibee customer into an advocate for their service. An executive with over two decades of IT experience focused on digital transformation processes and organizational change, Vitor applies his deep technical knowledge and experience with new technologies to his role as COO and co-founder at Digibee. Vitor previously worked at Zup Innovation and Produban, and has obtained MBAs in both Finance and Systems Administration.
Rafael is a specialist in FP&A and fundraising. He has led Series Seed, Series A, Series B, Venture Debt, and M&A operations. Prior to joining Digibee, Rafael developed his career in the PE/VC industry, working in funds such as Rio Bravo and Patria, in portfolio companies as CFO, as a board member at Trade Force, Head of the Business Unit at Accera, and CFO at Bom Pra Crédito. He is also currently a charter member of The F-Suite, the largest group of CFOs in the world. He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of São Paulo in Brazil, and his MBA from FGV.
Chief Customer Success Officer
Nithin strives to help his customers unlock the full potential of their investment and foster long-term relationships. He has over two decades of technology experience with a specialty in SaaS, data, and infrastructure companies. Prior to Digibee, Nithin led GTM and R&D leadership roles at Very Good Security, Splunk, Deloitte and other B2B product organizations. He holds a Masters and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Cait is a results-oriented self-starter who excels at engaging cross-functional teams to achieve a common goal. Prior to joining Digibee, she drove development and messaging at hyper-growth companies like Zmags, Blueport Commerce and Experian. Cait received her MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
Prior to joining Digibee, Paulo held a variety of executive sales leadership positions at HP, Microfocus, Splunk, Torq and other software vendors. He designed and executed innovative sales strategies that expanded market reach and penetrated untapped segments, resulting in high growth in customer base.
Tia is a former Facebook, Okta, Salesforce and Lyft executive, who brings more than two decades of enterprise software human resources experience, and is responsible for leading the people function at Digibee with a focus on acquiring and developing talent and shaping the culture to drive business. She holds a BA Degree in Communications from Saint Mary's College of California and an MS in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University.
