Rodrigo Bernardinelli

CEO, cofounder

Rodrigo cofounded Digibee based on the principles of simplicity, agility and strong human connections — with the goal of freeing less technically savvy customers from their reliance on developers for more rapid, cost effective digital transformations. After receiving a Bachelor in Computer Science and an MBA, Rodrigo went on to senior roles at CA Technologies and Zup Innovation.

Peter Kreslins Junior

CTO, cofounder

Peter believes in the power of a digital world. He is living out his passion for technology — especially elegant software architecture — as CTO and co-founder of Digibee, where he is working with a team of leading developers to reimagine the way companies connect and launch digital services. Peter’s industry experience includes stints at Zup Innovation and CA Technologies. Peter received his Bachelor in Computer Science at the University of Sao Paulo in Brazil.

Vitor Sousa

Global Business Development, cofounder

Vitor’s mission is to convert every Digibee customer into an advocate for their service. An executive with over two decades of IT experience focused on digital transformation processes and organizational change, Vitor applies his deep technical knowledge and experience with new technologies to his role as COO and co-founder at Digibee. Vitor previously worked at Zup Innovation and Produban, and has obtained MBAs in both Finance and Systems Administration.

Ken Arredondo

CRO

Ken is passionate about everything he does, from building and transforming organizations to volunteering for poverty eradication initiatives. His 20+ year career in technology has taken him around the world. He was an early investor in Digibee and served on the board before joining the team as CRO.

Marcelo Souccar

COO

Marcelo left a thriving law career in Brazil to launch his first venture — an IT consulting firm — and hasn’t looked back. Rising through the ranks at TOTV International, one of the world’s largest software companies, he brings extensive experience to Digibee. Marcelo has a Master in Science of Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Rafael Nardelli

CFO

Rafael is a people person, engaging and motivating many tech teams before arriving at Digibee. After receiving his degree from the University of Sao Paulo in Brazil, he guided many startups to success with his exceptional focus and interpersonal skills–combining cultural inclusivity with a data-driven business model.

Cait Porte

CMO

Cait is a results-oriented self-starter who excels at engaging cross-functional teams to achieve a common goal. Prior to joining Digibee, she drove development and messaging at hyper-growth companies like Zmags, Blueport Commerce and Experian. Cait received her MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.

Flavio Pripas

CSO

Recognized as one of FastCompany’s “Most Creative People in the Business” Flavio was the driving force behind CUBO, a successful entrepreneurship ecosystem initiative in Brazil. With a bachelor’s degree from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, Flavio achieved his MBA in 2006 and attended the Executive Program for Organizational Leadership at Stanford in 2019.

Tam Ayers

Field CTO, North America

Tam is a serial entrepreneur and tech leader. He’s spent more than a decade focusing on technical solutions and human-centric design. After achieving his B.S. in Computer Science at Virginia Tech, Tam put his skills to work at ServiceNow and TruNorth Global before joining Digibee.
